Typical duties include:
* Write, review, execute all documentation for computer systems/software in a Medical Device company. Client is migrating to new version of Office. Need to test existing files on new version and update associated work instructions.

Person Specification:
* Education in Engineering or equivalent
* 5+ yrs Industry experience in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry in validation role
* Experience with GAMP 5 guidance
* Good estimation ability to scope subsequent validation work.
* Candidate should be proactive and work on their own initiative
* Accurate and methodical
* Strong communication skills – written and oral

Velopi Ltd requires an experienced project manager is required to lead a new project in Galway

THE ROLE:

An experienced project manager is required to lead a new project.

The role includes the following:

  • Usual project management activities (e.g. Scope, Time, Cost, quality, HR, Communications, Risk) within the project
  • Implement best practice tools and techniques in project management
  • Lead continuous improvement projects to drive better execution of product development projects
  • Compile Project Files
  • Support the overall project management infrastructure in the business


REQUIREMENTS:
 

  • 3rd level Degree or better with previous experience in project management.
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Good communication, organisational, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Good team skills with a high level of enthusiasm and motivation.
  • Skilled in MS project, Powerpoint

Equipment Validation Engineers

Velopi Ltd requires Equipment Validation Engineers to supplement existing team for contracts on client sites.

We require 2 engineers for 5 month contract in Cork.

Typical duties include:
 

  • Write, review, execute all documentation associated with equipment (URS, Specs, protocols, Reports etc) in a Medical Device company
  • Typical equipment includes sealing m/c's, crimping, fishman dispenser etc.


Person Specification:
 

  • Education in Engineering or equivalent
  • 5+ yrs Industry experience in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry in validation role
  • Experience with GAMP 5 guidance
  • Good estimation ability to scope subsequent validation work.
