We offer Project Recovery Services, which will determine the best way to get your organisations project back on track. Our project managers will determine what corrective actions are required to bring the project back in line with the original project cost and schedule baseline. If the existing project baseline is out of reach, we will prepare new project baseline data and assist with the implementation of corrective actions to achieve this.
