Description
Defects that are found late or escape to customer sites cost money; they delay projects and damage your credibility as a software provider. It is well known that fixing defects as early as possible in the lifecycle is the most cost effective method; sometimes by a factor of more 10x. If your organization needs to improve defect detection efficiency, understand and implement software test best practices then this course will provide you with the knowledge you need.
Prerequisites
Participants should have experience or knowledge in one of the following areas: software test (any area from unit test through to system test), software test management or Quality management. This course can also be used as an introduction to software test or learners very new to the software test role.
