Working with organisations such as Accenture, Citi Group, Intel, Jons Civil Engineering, Leo Pharma, Nestlé, Pramerica, Sisk and Vodafone,  Alan’s practitioner experience ranges from installation and commissioning of production lines, voice and data infrastructure and value management initiatives through to change management and business process re-engineering.  

Alan’s adaptability and flexibility in the delivery of tailored and customised courses, and excellent self-management skills have led him to develop a strong focus on the key training elements of preparation, delivery and evaluation.
