This course is a more concise version of Velopi’s four-day PMP® exam preparation course. The goal is to recap each of the knowledge areas quickly while placing special emphasis on the changes made for the 6th edition of the PMBOK® Guide. This will form the basis for a study plan to allow you come to grips with the new edition of the standard and to renew your commitment to obtaining the PMP® credential.
This course is specifically designed for previous attendees of PMP® exam preparation training who, for work or personal reasons, did not sit the PMP® exam. It is also suitable for individuals who did not pass the PMP® exam on the previous attempt.
It is aimed at Project Managers and other individuals preparing to take the PMP® exam and seeking expert guidance on exam strategy, hot topics, sample exam questions and after-course support to ensure they obtain the PMP® certification.
At the end of this course, the student will be able to:
- Identify the new material in the 6th edition of the PMBOK® Guide
- Revise all core PMP® exam content and hot topics
- Identify and recognize the various types of PMP® exam questions
- Complete sample exams using our PMP® exam simulator
- Assemble an exam checklist allowing easy recall of mathematical formulae that appear on the exam
- Compile an exam strategy that will be used in the actual exam
- Become familiar with the exam policies and procedures
