To apply for the QQI Component Certificate in Project Management you must first satisfy the following requirements: Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualifications and/or relevant life and work experiences. Candidates should have organizational support and ongoing access to appropriate supervision practice experience in the workplace.
This course will be run as a QQI Certified course. Delegates who wish to achieve a QQI Component Certificate in Project Management must complete an Assignment and Skills Demonstration. The assignment and skills demonstration will be covered in the 3 day training course via exercises / demonstrations and the final assignment submission must be sent to Velopi within three weeks following course completion (full details will be provided to delegates during the course). All assessment is carried out in accordance with QQI regulations. Assessment is devised by the internal assessor, with external moderation by the QQI. Velopi is an Authorized Training Partner (ATP) of the Project Management Institute (PMI)®. Our training materials and course structure have been reviewed against PMI®’s quality standards and are continually updated to match the current PMP® Role Delineation study. Our QQI Instructors are certified Project Management Professionals with years of experience in Project Management in local and international markets. We can offer courses in-house or at our own training facilities. Courses can be tailored to meet client needs where sufficient numbers are enrolled.
