This half-day, virtual, workshop will define what emotional intelligence is and how to apply it in a project environment. The students will learn how to become self-aware and use that realization to practice self-control in emotionally torrid situations. They will then look at those around them and tap into the emotions of co-workers and clients, developing empathy with others and managing relationships better. Of course, the goal of all this is to become a more effective leader by communicating more clearly, managing conflict constructively and providing inspirational leadership.
