Training Overview

During this one-day course, the student is introduced to the concept of corporate strategy and is guided through the creation of vision and mission statements. Knowing where the organization is trying to go, the student will now conduct a corporate appraisal to determine where it is now. Knowing the start and end points of the journey, the vision is then expanded into a set of corporate goals and objectives (the critical success factors) which are realized through the work the organization does. Various strategy planning techniques, such as strategy mapping and value curves are presented, all illustrated through an engaging case study.
